Variocube is delighted about the successful cooperation with Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (HBB). Together with our German sister company, VC Smartlocker GmbH, we have realised an innovative project in the Forum Schwanthalerhöhe shopping centre in Munich. This cooperation enabled us to set new standards in the digitalisation of service offerings.
About the project:
As part of this cooperation, intelligent locker solutions were implemented that offer visitors to the shopping centre a wide range of services. These include Click & Collect options and a dry-cleaning station, which offer customers increased convenience and flexible usage options. Special emphasis was also placed on integrating smart technologies that make the service even more attractive for visitors.
